First Thing First

First thing first.

All of us make decisions every time, some of them insignificant and some very important. We decide what we’re going to do based on our resources, limitations, and maybe alternatives. For there will be no choice if there are no alternatives.

First thing first.

It’s all about priorities setting. There is a scale of importance stucked in our head. We just want to do something rather than something else. We have to decide what needs doing most and what needs doing first. We are the decision maker.

First thing first.

It’s all about love, affection, compassion. Parents will do anything for their child(ren). A mother bird will give worms it catched before to its baby birds. A sick man will do anything to regain his/her health. Students will study hard if they will face exam.

First thing first.

It’s all about sacrifice. Primary needs are the main target. Another needs will be (slightly) ignored. Parents will make money so their child(ren) can get a better education. A mother bird will starve to death so its baby birds can eat. A sick man will lose his money, time, and opportunity to do something else so his body becomes healthy again. Students won’t catch some movies, do some sports, or anything else so they can get a great grade.

First thing first.

For something worth achieving won’t come easily. It takes commitment, patience, and faith. Our parents believe we will become a great adult in the future. We can continue our life on our own. A mother bird won’t stop teaching its baby bird to flap their wings so they can fly to the high sky.

First thing first.

If it is amazing, it won’t be easy. If it easy, it won’t be amazing.

If it is worth it, we won’t give up. If we give up, we aren’t worth it.
